Yes, we can use art you have created. Depending on how the art is set up there might be a small editing charge.
We accept formats that are in AI, vector EPS, vector PDF, and DST files.

Yes, we can personalize almost any item with numbers, names, initials, or whatever you would like.

Yes, we were one of the first companies in the area to offer online store capabilities to all our customers. There is no upfront charge for this feature and many customers also use this as a terrific way to fundraise.

Turnaround time varies depending on items, decoration, and the time of year. We ask that you contact us, so we can provide you with current production times

Yes, Purchase Orders are accepted for orders.

Yes, before we decorate any items you will receive an electronic proof so you can view, edit, and/or approve your design.
